Ray Wenderlich is a site focuses on developing high quality programming tutorials. Their tutorials are mainly focus on iOS and related technology. It’s a fine site and one of my go-to site for tutorials. They have already started to put together some tutorials for Swift as of this writing (just barely 2 weeks since Swift was released).
